Returns

 

Returns are possible and accepted, provided that the customer provides the original invoice within 30 days of purchase and returns the product in new condition; in the same condition as it was delivered.

If you wish to return an order, here is the procedure:

 

- To simplify the return of your items, we offer a prepaid return label, which is already in your box at the time of delivery of your package.

- Return the items in an appropriate box with a copy of the invoice and paste the return slip on it, we will then proceed with refund.

- The cost to use the return slip is $ 10.00 plus taxes, which is deducted when we refund your original order.

- If you want another item or another size, simply place a new order immediately on the website. In this way, you guarantee the availability of your new purchase.

 

You can also return the merchandise by going to the store with the original invoice. Refunds are made using the same method of payment used when purchasing the merchandise.
