Shipments can be delayed by a few days if the product is not available in store and we have to order it from one of our suppliers.In such situation, our delivery delays will depend on our supplier's shipping. We will do everything in our control to make sure that your order is shipped as fast as possible.

Sportpat Inc. guarantees that you will receive the order within 1 to 12 open days. If a situation out of our control occurs and delivery is delayed, Sportpat Inc. will contact the customer as soon as possible to discuss the status of the order. It is the customer's responsibility  to verify that all the items are in good condition when receiving the order. If the product is damaged, please contact Sportpat Inc. as soon as possible.
